As a Contracting Analyst within the InstaMed team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data during the client onboarding process. You will master InstaMed’s standard operating procedures to effectively process enrollments and address any concerns. Your role will involve collaborating with team members and communicating effectively to enhance the customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Master departmental procedures and analyze information to determine appropriate actions while ensuring compliance.
- Conduct due diligence and enforce KYC policies to prevent misrouting of funds.
- Research and verify customer information to facilitate resolution.
- Identify potential fraudulent accounts using investigative skills.
- Manage multiple work queues and prioritize tasks to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain professionalism while addressing customer inquiries.
- Guide customers through requests and provide effective solutions.
- Communicate relevant information to customers and team members.
- Document progress and next steps for internal transparency.
- Perform any other duties applicable to the position.
