What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Translate complex research and engineering in model pre-training into clear, technically rich content for developers, researchers, and decision-makers.

  • Break down distributed training techniques (tensor, pipeline, and data parallelism) and explain how NVIDIA hardware and software unlock performance at scale!

  • “Dogfood” NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure tools like NeMo, Megatron, and NCCL — highlight real usage in blogs, papers, and videos.

  • Co-author research-backed content such as whitepapers, Arxiv publications, Hugging Face projects, and internal deep dive docs.

  • Produce interactive explainers and animations to illustrate parallelism strategies, system topologies, and training throughput optimizations.

  • Represent NVIDIA at developer conferences, workshops, and academic events — telling the story of how the future of AI training is being built.

What We Need to See:

  • A BS Degree in Computer Science or Engineering related field with an MBA or equivalent experience in Product or Technical Marketing.

  • 7+ years of experience in deep learning engineering, HPC systems, AI infrastructure, or technical evangelism roles.

  • Strong grasp of distributed training fundamentals — including parallelism strategies, memory-efficient optimization, tokenization and data pipelines, scaling laws, hardware-aware system design, training stability, and resilient check-pointing.

  • Familiarity with LLM frameworks like NeMo, Megatron, DeepSpeed, or similar.

  • Experience with high-performance system design: knowledge of GPUs, CPUs, DPUs, NVLink, NVSwitch, PCIe, InfiniBand, and networking topologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling technical content: blogs, videos, whitepapers, training decks, or conference presentations.

  • Strong written and visual communication skills — ability to break down the “how” and “why” of complex systems for a technical audience.

  • Bonus: Prior experience with publishing research or presenting at venues like SC, ISC, MLPerf, NeurIPS, or Hugging Face Spaces.

Ways to Stand Out from the crowd:

  • You’ve trained large models yourself or worked on system-level infrastructure to support them.

  • Published on arXiv, Medium, Hugging Face, or GitHub — and love simplifying complexity.

  • Worked across teams — from system architects and software engineers to researchers and marketing — to bring a product stories to life.

  • Built tools and interactive visualizations to explain how things work under the hood.

  • You’re curious, hands-on, and driven to experiment with NVIDIA’s latest hardware and software as a power user and technical storyteller.
