Job Description

Responsibility

• Support team leader to develop multi-channel strategy to deliver the business aspiration and facilitate the alignment with management team
• Deep dive stakeholder insights and develop the stakeholder engagement strategy& tactics in the ecosystem
• Manage school projects on collaboration with external key stakeholders, internal field force and Zhifei

Qualification/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Consulting experience preferred, with 2+ years’ hands-on experience in marketing
• Innovation Program management experience preferred
• Advanced level of customer & market insight, collaboration with internal and external partners, and Strong problem solving
• Advanced level of strategic thinking
• High learning agility with open mindset
