As a SDET, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cloud computing services. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, as well as identifying, reporting, and tracking software defects to ensure the highest level of product quality.

As a Software Development Engineer in Test II, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and test suites for cloud computing services.
• Collaborating with software developers and system engineers to understand system architecture, design, and functionality to create comprehensive test plans.
• Performing thorough testing of networking components and cloud-based applications to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Designing and developing stress tests to assess the scalability, reliability, and performance of cloud-based applications and networking components.
• Developing and execute automated tests for containerized applications using Docker and virtual machines (VM)

• Writing clear and concise test cases, test plans, and bug reports.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

• Conducting root cause analysis of identified defects, providing detailed information to assist in the resolution process.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Have proven experience as a Testing Automation Engineer or similar role, in a cloud computing environment.
• Have familiarity with cloud concepts services(AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) as well as products such as Virtual Private Cloud,Load Balancer,Cloud firewall,Kubernetes.
• Have deep networking knowledge with expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
• Have familiarity in containerization technologies such as Docker and virtualization using VMs.

• Have fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.

• Have expertise in Python programming for test automation and scripting.

• Have experience with CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins, and the ability to set up and maintain automated build and deployment pipelines.

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Have ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
