Managed Services (MSE) is responsible for keeping the network running and proposing / conducting network upgrades based on business requirements. Covers technical managing and operating of agreed components of IT and telecommunications services provided to end users of Nokia customers, within contracts agreed with those customers.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
  • Providing technical support for complex multi-vendor and 3rd party IP& MW nodes (Analysis, Troubleshooting & fixing the issues reported) on already deployed to end customer/user.
  • Technical Operations support for Customer Team.
  • Manages technical escalations for technical requests, emergency cases and outages internally and towards customer.
  • Support customer’s network performance and evolution.
  • Manages network SW and HW configuration information.
  • Acts as the prime technical interface towards customer, subcontractors and 3rd party suppliers as well as internally towards several organizations.
  • Liaises closely with Multiple teams to work on the operation faults and technical management to ensure the Network stability.
  • Monitors and reports customer’s life network performance and acts to ensure network’s availability including e.g. customer SLA fulfilment.
  • Support and perform competence development of local technical teams.
  • Ensure multiple network Element are connected and all functions are working well.
  • Handling Critical and Emergency network incidents with stakeholders/Care.

  • 5-7 years of experience in managing care teams and supporting complex telecommunication solutions.
  • Customer support experience in projects involving,
  • Working knowledge of IP & MW(P2P and P2MP).
  • Working knowledge in Microwave links for MULTI VENDORS (Nokia, Cambiam, E//etc)
  • CCNA and CCNP will be added qualifications.
  • Specialized in any one of the above-mentioned domain.
  • Knowledge in IP Routing Domain ( IP/MPLS,ISIS, VRRP, BGP,LDP) protocols.
  • Working in Nokia 7250/7250-IXRE small and big chassis series routers.
  • Excellent understanding of field issues and troubleshooting methods.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Process awareness in change.
  • Management/Incident management/Problem management.
  • Excellent experience in working with Tier 3 network providers.
