As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will interact with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that newly implemented technology solutions meet their needs. Your collaboration with technical teams will be essential in designing and delivering effective system architecture solutions.


In this role, you will spend your time engaging with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. You will face challenges that require analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, providing you with opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. This position may require regular travel to meet with clients, allowing you to build relationships and understand their needs better. Key responsibilities include:

  • Interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
  • Analyzing newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
  • Assisting with the execution of comprehensive transformation programs, ranging from strategy formulation to operational implementation.
  • Developing and maintaining financial reports using S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
  • Supporting financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting processes with accurate data and reports.
  • Aiding in SAP S/4HANA migration and conversion projects by managing data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL).
  • Collaborating with functional teams to define data mapping, transformation rules, and validation processes.
  • Working with key business stakeholders to document business requirements and perform FIT-GAP analyses.
  • Assisting the project team in the development high-level solution designs
  • Configuring SAP-enabled solutions and completing relevant design and configuration tasks.
  • Testing solutions and supporting the defect break-fix cycle.
  • Consistently delivering high-quality client services, monitoring progress, managing risks and keeping key stakeholders abreast of progress and anticipated outcomes.
  • Collaborating with international teams on multi-disciplinary global business transformations.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience.
  • Over 3 years of hands-on end-to-end SAP or S/4HANA implementation experience.
  • 2 years of implementation experience using SAP S/4HANA with SAP BW/4HANA, Embedded Analytics or any ETL tool such as SAP BODS, Informatica or DataStage.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience at a financial services company or comparable industry.
  • Basic understanding of Data Management, ETL or Reporting and Analytics, and standard components of the Finance Technology Architecture (data warehouse, subledgers, general ledger, reporting tools).
  • Knowledge of SAP integration technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, IDocs, BAPIs).
  • An understanding of digitalization in financial processes and current leading tools and enablers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping.
  • Experience in system configuration design.
  • Familiarity with technology business architecture frameworks.
  • Skills in training design and delivery.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships effectively.
  • Capacity for critical thinking and complex problem-solving.
  • Experience in hybrid collaboration and driving outcomes.
  • Learning agility.
  • A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • SAP certification(s).
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to define KPIs, dashboards and reporting requirements.
  • Exposure to data modelling and reporting engagements implementing real-time analytics to support financial decision-making.
  • Experience extracting data from SAP and non-SAP sources and loading it into SAP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, or SAP HANA.
  • A post-graduate or graduate degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field.

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $101,500 to $186,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $121,700 to $211,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
