Recommend improvement projects for gravel areas, winter weather, dust control and road sweeping
Complete training in the use of heavy equipment and site maintenance
Complete preventative site maintenance of equipment
Able to respond to factory off hours during inclement weather or any other deemed emergency
Work directly with Facilities Ground Lead to understand scope and execution of work detail
What You’ll Bring
Experience in groundskeeping, heavy equipment operation, vehicle maintenance, and familiarity with schematics and site plans
Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and ability to adapt to varying work schedules and fast-paced environments
Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility, while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Multitasking ability, adaptability to change, and wearing required PPE for tasks involving hazardous areas and chemicals
Physical capability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, lift up 20 lbs., and work in loud environments; discern audible alarms
Possession of a valid state driver's license, with expertise in operating various heavy, medium, and light equipment and street-related specialized equipment, including training others
Availability for on-call after-hours work, displaying knowledge of general maintenance, construction, tools, and equipment
