Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in compliance, policy, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced degree in Law, Business, Privacy, Compliance or a related field.
Experience in compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks.
Experience in influencing decision-making at all levels, including executive leadership.
Experience in bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous situations, enabling the ability to analyze fragmented information, identify key attributes, and develop balanced recommendations and effective solutions with problem-solving capabilities.
Experience with industry-accepted privacy compliance policies and frameworks.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including RCI and our partners, and external stakeholders.
