Your main task:
- Daily motivation of team members and creating good atmosphere at work
- Maintaining a high level of employee engagement throughout training and coaching
- Supporting career path and development of your employees
- Acting as point of contact for escalations
- Ensuring compliance with guidelines and procedures as well as updating them
- Setting up and performing periodically team meetings
- Monitoring volume, workflows and overtime of the team, identifying and resolving workflow issues
- Cooperating closely with other Team Leaders as well as Management Team
Our requirements:
- Previous experience in people management or in the operational environment within the banking/financial industry will be an asset
- Effective communication in both written and spoken English
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office is nice to have
- Independence in problem solving
- Confident, driven and result-oriented
- Excellent organizational skills with ability of setting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Risk awareness
