Your main task:

• Daily motivation of team members and creating good atmosphere at work
• Maintaining a high level of employee engagement throughout training and coaching
• Supporting career path and development of your employees
• Acting as point of contact for escalations
• Ensuring compliance with guidelines and procedures as well as updating them
• Setting up and performing periodically team meetings
• Monitoring volume, workflows and overtime of the team, identifying and resolving workflow issues
• Cooperating closely with other Team Leaders as well as Management Team

Our requirements:

• Previous experience in people management or in the operational environment within the banking/financial industry will be an asset
• Effective communication in both written and spoken English
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office is nice to have
• Independence in problem solving
• Confident, driven and result-oriented
• Excellent organizational skills with ability of setting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Risk awareness
