Experience with market and regulatory environments in multiple EMEA countries and EWC legislation.
Experience managing and leading a team.
Experience managing a European Works Council and other employee bodies, from setting up, through implementation.

Experience managing ambiguity and analyzing metrics to find root causes, identity opportunities and adjust strategy accordingly.
Experience managing other leaders and separate contributors.
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively across teams and act as a trusted advisor to all levels of management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly to a wide audience and interact with leaders to present/defend/clarify issues regarding an existing challenge.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage engaging, high-priority demands.
