- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Experience with visual design in product or UX design environments.

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in designing usable web-based and mobile interfaces.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload independently to meet project goals and comprehensive understanding of interaction conventions and aesthetic principles.
- Excellent communication skills in expressing conceptual ideas and design rationale.
- Excellent problem-solving and user focus, with the ability to launch products.
