What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Collaborate with Service Channel Planning to reconcile Service Demand vs production capacity
- Ensure Service Parts availability to meet daily/weekly requirements from Service Centers
- Coordinate and execute high priority, time-critical and/or abnormal Service Part requests
- Act on unfillable orders by coordinating a supply solution with the responsible group
- Work directly with Production Planning (Factory and Reman) to ensure production schedules align
- Reconcile production availability vs. Service demand with responsible Planners to ensure supply
- Collaborate with Reman Conveyance and Direct Ship Team to ensure outbound priorities are met
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management or similar discipline or equivalent expierence
- 5+ years’ experience in Production Control Material/Demand Planning or Supply Chain Management
- Analytical capabilities including data analysis to optimize production
- Strong proficiency and proven experience in MS Excel is required
- Knowledge of WARP, MES, MTT and Dangerous Goods are valued assets
- Self-starter with the ability to manage daily planning operations and assigned projects simultaneously
- Command the english language both written and verbal
