- Factory operations knowledge to ramp up suppliers
- KPI to set targets for vendors
- Manufacturing costs to verify suppliers' quotations
- Sensitivity analysis to identify variables for process improvement
- Supply demand analysis for continuity of supply management
- Order scheduling, shelf life and lead time to make decisions for material preparations
