Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maximize the company's sales potential in Companion Animals and Livestock, by focusing on growth engines and exploring new business development opportunities.
  • Manage and provide coaching to the sales team, including setting and approving quarterly cycle plans and targets.
  • Manage the technical managers and guide them in effectively supporting the sales and marketing team.
  • Work closely with the company's digital and data lead and regulatory unit.
  • Develop marketing and sales strategies for each species, both in the short and long term.
  • Prepare various marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, leaflets, advertisements, videos, and other tools provided by the international marketing team of the Animal Health. Organize and participate in conferences, seminars, and congresses organized by the company.
  • Gather business intelligence to understand customer needs.
  • Conduct customer mapping, building trust and engagement, with a focus on top customers.
  • Manage distributors to prioritize company priorities.
  • Strengthen engagement with top and strategic customers through field meetings and discussions on treatments and solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Applicants should possess a university degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Veterinary, Pharmacy, Medicine, Engineering, Economics, BA, Finance, or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in both Hebrew and English is a requirement for this position.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably with direct customer interaction, is necessary.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills are essential to effectively coach and support the sales and marketing team.
  • Effective communication and people skills are necessary to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset is desired, with an innovative approach to developing business opportunities. • Customer centricity is important, requiring an understanding of various customer groups, their decision-making processes, and their operating environments to inform product and service development and customer marketing. It also involves shaping the external environment to achieve long-term competitive advantage.
