Your key Responsibilities

As an experienced Senior Manager, you will be central in helping our clients understand complex tax legislation by providing advice on corporate tax matters including M&A, consolidations, restructures, financing and assisting them to meet their corporate tax compliance obligations, As a Senior Manager, in the Corporate Tax team you will:

• Manage / be part of a team of diverse and high performing professionals
• Provide tax advice to our clients
• Provide tax compliance services for our clients
• Assist our clients to strengthen their tax governance and to facilitate and manage dealings with the ATO
• Be the key point of contact for our clients, requiring you to collaborate with our specialist teams in bringing expertise to our corporate clients including in the areas of international tax and transfer pricing, tax controversy, transaction specialists
