ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

2. Partner with Wholesale Payments/Treasury Solutions Sales leaders and Line of Business partners to provide analytic, presentation preparation and other support.

3. Direct and coach the analyst team in consultative selling practices and portfolio analytics.

4. Support and implement training program to ensure analysts are trained in financial modeling and working capital analysis for clients and prospects, can complete analysis and create excel-based tools to support team's overall goals and priorities, can read and understand the basics of financial statements, assist with the development of market and industry research and complete client-based, product-based and other analysis including profitability, billing and other items requiring strong excel skills with limited direction and some oversight from more experienced Analysts and Associates.
5. Develop, recruit and export top talent within assigned team.

6. Support sales utilizing various levers including pipeline discipline & management, client calling efforts, talent management rewards & compensation design and through market connectivity with clients, Treasury sales partners, the Line of Business, Treasury Operations, Integrated Relationship Management partners, and others.

7. Represent Wholesale Payments/ Treasury Solutions sales organization both internally and externally, including internal meetings/discussions/client meetings/ industry presentations as appropriate.
8. Adhere to and follow all applicable policies and procedures. Proactively escalate issues and risks to leadership's attention.

1. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
2. 5 years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services
3. 3 years of management experience in sales or sales support
4. Maintains deep understanding of bank's Working Capital solutions

1. 7+ years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services
2. CTP Designation Preferred
3. Maintains up to date knowledge of Treasury Trends & Best Practices
4. Expected to be subject area experts in one (or more) specific skill sets, business areas or products
5. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
