Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with senior client stakeholders to determine business needs through consultations, business analysis, and targeted observations.
* Participate in the design phase of the SAP S/4 implementation project, producing detailed Business Blueprints.
* Evaluate and assess existing IT infrastructure and provide recommendations for improvements.
* Lead and guide a team of medior and junior consultants in:
* Developing, configuring, and deploying SAP MM solutions.
* Writing scripts and programs to create user-friendly interfaces and enhanced functionalities.
* Ensuring smooth system integration and addressing any issues that arise.
* Providing troubleshooting support to optimize SAP performance.
* Offering end-user training and ongoing SAP system support.
* Maintain rigorous documentation of SAP processes and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
* Stay up to date with the latest SAP developments, offerings, and system updates.
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
* SAP-accredited certifications.
* A minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP Team Leader, delivery lead or SAP Logistics Consultant, with deep expertise in SAP MM and/or SD.
* Proven experience with SAP system deployment and integration.
* Experience within the Public Sector is a strong plus.
* Experience with SAP Industry Solutions DFPS or D&S is highly desirable.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
* Dutch language proficiency and Dutch citizenship are required for this position.
