Key job responsibilities
- Develop and drive monthly/quarterly/annual/long-term Core Category and cross-Amazon acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth objectives for new and existing Associates- Pitch and negotiate to recruit and/or drive special deal terms with new and existing Associates to achieve growth strategy, including leveraging economic and non-economic incentives. Work closely with account owners to drive Core Category goals with already-managed Associates.
- Monitor and optimize Associates performance to achieve goals. Develop reporting methodologies and own data analysis and measurement.
- Represent the voice of the customer (and Associates) to all stakeholders, driving for cross-functional solutions and tech innovations to meet customers' and associates’ most critical needs.

· Bring analytical horsepower and deep curiosity about how things work
· Be commercially savvy and excellent business judgment
· Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to influence both internal and external stakeholders
- 5+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline
