Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional hardware/software projects, managing new product development and releases for Check Point Security Gateways.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.
- Manage board design, hardware development, and prototype builds (EVT, DVT, PVT) with contract manufacturers.
- Coordinate multiple interfaces, including R&D, QA, PMO, and Product Management.
- Drive software release processes, infrastructure changes, and quality improvements.
- Ensure smooth project execution by maintaining schedules, mitigating risks, and managing external vendors.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.
- Experience in Software Security/Networking Systems/Hardware Engineering board design.
- Knowledge of hardware design techniques, schematic principles, and prototype builds.
- Strong project management skills, including Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- BSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent knowledge.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on approach with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
