As our Technical Project Manager, you will be in charge of:

• Project Planning: Understand project objectives and technical requirements, and translate them into actionable plans.
• Development Coordination: Coordinate and track development efforts across teams, establishing priorities and timelines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, Customer Success, and other departments.
• Performance Tracking: Track and report on project milestones and dependencies.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks, and develop contingency plans.

• Technical Acumen: Strong technical skills and understanding of software development lifecycles.
• Proven Experience: 4+ years of experience as an Inbound Technical Project Manager.
• Agile/Scrum Expertise: Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience working with Monday and Azure DevOps (advantage)
• Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Global Collaboration: Experience working with teams in different time zones (USA).
• Educational Background: BSc preferred
• Experience in product companies, SaaS solutions, and fintech companies is a significant advantage.
