Manage Mobile Device Fleet: Oversee and support a large mobile device fleet consisting of approximately 10,000 Android devices and 95,000 iPhones and iPads.
MDM Expertise: Utilize and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools, specifically Jamf Pro for Apple devices and Microsoft Intune for Android devices, to ensure secure and efficient device management.
Device Support: Provide advanced technical support for mobile devices, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
Mobile Security: Implement and enforce mobile security policies to protect devices from threats and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with a global, fully virtual team to coordinate support, share knowledge, and develop best practices for mobile device management.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to device management processes, security protocols, and support procedures.
Training and Development: Educate team members and end-users on mobile device usage, security practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
