Key job responsibilities- Ensure projects planned for the year are completed on time, with zero defects and in a safe environment- Ensure proper utilization of resources across the organization.
- Oversee completion of monitor and control activities for services, including lessons learned, actual, surveys, costs, and quality.- Demonstrate decision-making and complex problem-solving skills by proactively gathering data, considering multiple perspectives, and implementing effective resolutions.- Write clear documents, and guide project meetings with Sr. Management.A day in the life
You will be leading a team of top performer engineers that will be responsible of designing system integration for new technologies. You will be coaching and promoting your team to the next level ensuring their professional goals are met. You will be responsible for your team completing on time and with zero defects the deployments planned for the year.

- Bachelor of Engineering (preferred robotics or automation) or equivalent experience • Relevant hands-on engineering, on site deployments and commissioning • Demonstrated success building and leading teams • Experience of complex operational, process, and performance improvement projects • Experience across the full project lifecycle – analysis and design as well as implementation • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience developing and deploying large capital projects at global scale. • Experience with change management, influence, negotiate and communicate across multiple organization levels.

- Robotics, Automation engineering degree • Experience in establishing goals and monitoring key performance indicators • Six sigma green belt certification or similar • Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, operating systems) • Experience (non-internship) in professional software development • Experience in design or architect (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems • Experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems and hands-on systems engineering • Excellent presentation skills, dynamic approach with the ability to translate theory into practical application.
