Overview Job
• Responsible for establishing and developing mass mid-market channels for fire products
• Responsible for the sales of fire products in the middle market of the mass market, and achieve the assigned annual operating targets. Primary responsibility
• Responsible for the sales, channel development and marketing of fire products in the designated mass middle market
• Complete the company's assigned annual operating targets and complete the corresponding receivables collection tasks
• Do a good job of internal coordination and the promotion of company policies
• Monitor the movements of competitors and provide timely feedback to the company
• Promote effective communication with all customers
• Plan and coordinate sales promotion activities, seminars and sales meetings
• Control expenses to ensure they are within budget and in compliance with company regulations

Job qualification
Knowledge/Skills
• Familiar with fire alarm and weak current industry products (such as: fire alarm system, security monitoring and access control system, BA system, broadcast system, conference system, etc.)
• Strong communication skills, rich marketing knowledge and sales skills, sensitive to market dynamics, and good strategic thinking ability
• Proficient in Office software (Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strategic thinking and strong execution ability Educational situation
• College degree or above, (major in science and technology, such as automation, electronic engineering, mechanical engineering is preferred) Work experience
• More than five years of sales experience in building weak current industry, and experience in developing key customers is preferred
• Rich industry experience.Must understand the customer and the market Basic qualities/abilities
• Have a strong sense of responsibility, initiative and enthusiasm;Work seriously, practical, hard work
• Have good emotional intelligence and presentation skills, and can handle customer relations well
