Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in technical sales, education technology, or a related field.
Experience with software as a service and web technologies.
Ability to communicate in English and one of the second languages (Italian, Dutch, Polish) fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience in sales engineering/technical consultancy.
Experience supporting technology adoption and change-management initiatives with customers.
Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other transformative technologies.
Experience in architecting cloud-based analytics systems and dashboarding experiences.
Knowledge of web and related technologies (e.g., HTTP, APIs, XML/HTML), including web application development and integration.
Good understanding of the Higher Education sector, including its unique challenges and decision-making processes.
