As a member of the Chief of Staff team, you will apply your program management, analytical and risk management skills to support our Risk Tech delivery strategy. You will collaborate with Risk Tech leadership and development teams and partner with stakeholders across the organization to achieve our delivery objectives and reduce our technology risk.
Responsibilities:
Drive delivery management best practices across the Compliance & Ethics tech organization, including planning, execution, transparency, and visibility
Drive process for long & medium term roadmap planning and organizational strategy
Enhance & facilitate the operating mechanisms for the organization to ensure adherence to standards and drive continual improvement
Lead Portfolio planning activities to ensure operational excellence deliverables are included in team planning to drive timely completion
Coordinate monthly reporting and documentation requirements
Drive issue / impediment identification & resolution
Drive cross team collaboration and sharing of best practices
Assist with creation of staffing strategy
Proactively identify optimization opportunities in technology and process
Foster an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 3 years of experience with project or process management
At least 2 years of experience with budget analysis and budget management
At least 2 years of experience working with Google Suite products or Microsoft Office
At least 2 years of experience preparing presentations for technology leadership and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Financial Analyst
4+ years of experience creating presentations for technology leadership and business stakeholders
5+ years of experience in Process Management
5+ years of experience in Project Management
