Coordinate the local HR function to ensure effective value to the organization in the reference area.
Recommend, implement, and update guidelines to ensure relevant HR services and consistent standards of employment in alignment with other relevant HR functions and other departments.
Actively support HR Manager and Line Management in structuring and developing respective teams (i.e. Performance Management process, Talent Agenda, Succession planning) and support agreed action plans.
Ensure new employees live a great onboarding experience.
Ensure employees proper offboarding experience.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on recruitment processes for respective area
Support personnel planning, annual pay review and promotions/salary adjustments for defined areas (under HR Manager supervision).
Ensure proper updates of HR reports and systems on a regular basis.
Participate in HR projects and key initiatives in alignment with the Business Strategy.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent (preferably main subject Personnel Management or Business Administration)
Minimum of 2 years progressive work experience in the field of HR; preferably in an international corporate environment
