:

  • Coordinate the local HR function to ensure effective value to the organization in the reference area.
  • Recommend, implement, and update guidelines to ensure relevant HR services and consistent standards of employment in alignment with other relevant HR functions and other departments.
  • Actively support HR Manager and Line Management in structuring and developing respective teams (i.e. Performance Management process, Talent Agenda, Succession planning) and support agreed action plans.
  • Ensure new employees live a great onboarding experience.
  • Ensure employees proper offboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on recruitment processes for respective area
  • Support personnel planning, annual pay review and promotions/salary adjustments for defined areas (under HR Manager supervision).
  • Ensure proper updates of HR reports and systems on a regular basis.
  • Participate in HR projects and key initiatives in alignment with the Business Strategy.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent (preferably main subject Personnel Management or Business Administration)
  • Minimum of 2 years progressive work experience in the field of HR; preferably in an international corporate environment
  • English fluent (written and oral)
  • MS-Office skills
  • SAP experience is a plus
