Primary Client Service contact for the India entities of top clients
Organize and chair roundtable meetings for clients’ LOB leads to help drive client satisfaction, facilitate enhanced collaboration and share best global practices
Ensure all Operational issues are well recorded and remediated in partnership with local Ops teams given that majority of the Ops team for the clients and JPM are based in India
Host joint DEI events attended by global and local senior management of the client and JPM
Act as the end to end client service manager for global clients
Resolve relationship and account level queries of clients/fund managers
Escalation point of contact for the Ops teams across the product suite taken by the client
Awareness of latest product, process, business and market updates
Liaise with Sales/Product to enhance client experience and improve service
Risk & Controls and Internal Project Management
Partnering with Prod Dev on internal strategic initiatives and deliver management projects
Implement process improvement to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
Enable technology adoption within the team to help reduce manual intervention
Reporting
Prepare various KPI and KRI reports for clients and internal stakeholders
Consolidated Reporting: raw data gathering, analysis and initial presentation of Client scorecards and MIS
Running standard or specific reports using internal JPMorgan and / or 3rd party licensed applications systems and provision of such reports to internal and / or external parties.
Ensure high service levels are attained and there is minimal external/internal escalations
Collaborate with wider teams across all regions to help manage efficiency through continued automation/ remediation of manual tasks
Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
~8-10 years of overall work experience
Excellent communication skills (Oral and written); Role involves extensive coordination with senior external and internal stakeholders across lines of businesses
Working knowledge on Skill of the Future like VBA, Alteryx, Tableau etc.
Working knowledge on Global Custody and/or Fund Services is a plus
Strong attention to detail, problem solving and effective escalation skills required
Experience working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Project
Energetic self-starter with ability to navigate the firm proactively, collaborate and effectively partner with different teams and individuals
Strong program management skills, must be organized and able to develop a project plan and break it down into achievable deliverables
Strong collaboration skills, able to work with many different individuals and partner effectively with different groups
