As a Fault Management Engineer at Nokia, you will play a crucial role in end-to-end fault incident management, ensuring rapid resolution that meets SLA and OLA requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project teams for network design reviews and integration activities, to troubleshoot complex network incidents and ensure seamless service for our customers. • Ensure end-to-end fault incident problem management, meeting SLA and OLA requirements.
• Coordinate fault management and configuration activities for the Internal Roaming Network.
• Work closely with project teams on high-level design, low-level design, and network integration activities.
• Manage trouble tickets and change requests within established SLAs while maintaining customer service quality.
• Prepare, implement, and verify configurations and integrations of network nodes/systems.

You have:

• 6-10 years of experience in International Roaming Solution.
• Expertise in fault management and incident problem resolution.
• Proficient in GSM, GPRS, CAMEL (prepaid) testing and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of call-related messages (ISUP, SIP), routing, E2E 3G/LTE/5G message flows and PDP troubleshooting.

It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience with IPX and GRX networks.
• Familiarity with MME- SGSN roaming configuration and knowledge of APN resolution concepts.
• Working experience with SCCP and MTP migration processes.
