2+ years Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience.

3+ years administrative, business support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and basic administration work.

Bachelor's Degreein relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience.

1+ year(s) experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).


Provide calendar and time planning support for senior leaders, including Directors and General Managers.Coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings and AV troubleshooting.Share best practices and insights to foster organizational learning and culture.
Create and manage event itineraries, act as point of contact, and handle post-event follow-ups.Manage discretionary budgets and vendor/supplier relationships, including PO creation.Execute and own project deliverables with minimal supervision.
Identify risks, streamline processes, and suggest improvements.
Ensure accountability and communication across stakeholders.
Maintain accurate space-management processes and databases.Recommend space assignment changes based on utilization data.Manage headcount activities and maintain relevant tracking tools.
Create itineraries, ensure compliance with travel policies, and manage required documentation.
