Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Americas region and its book of work within the IDL Product application and management processes
- Drive enhancements to the IDL application through SDLC, agile prioritization, requirements gathering and sharing with technology, and testing
- Use analytical frameworks, data visualization, and data sourcing tools to help analyze and evaluate solutions to integrate within IDL application
- Access and manipulate large databases of payments data to perform analytical due diligence and help define requirements to technology
- Collaborate on the Intraday Liquidity management aspects related to oversight of USD balances, management of the USD Intraday Liquidity playbook and its simulation, as well as business resiliency.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the firm to ensure execution of effective controls managing intraday liquidity flows
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Bachelors’ degree required
- 1+ years of experience in finance, payments, treasury, product, or a fin-tech/start-up
- Experience with data analytics, SQL, Python, Tableau, Databricks or similar
- Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Skills
- Quantitative and analytical skills, well adapted to working with and sourcing data, prioritizing attention to detail
- An organized self-starter and quick learner with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple projects, and bring projects to closure
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with partners across J.P. Morgan
