Your key responsibilities
- Work with solution architects, from initial discovery and design to implementation and optimization, ensuring alignment with client objectives and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, technical challenges, and constraints.
- Implement and deliver scalable cloud platforms with easy to deploy infrastructure as code recipes
- Develop and document detailed architecture of the cloud deployments or DevOps workflows.
- Collaborate with vendor account teams, technical support, and product management to stay updated on new features, enhancements, and best practices, and provide feedback and recommendations to clients.
- Manage client relationships, expectations, and escalations, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.
- Commit to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data management.

To qualify for the role you must have
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Cloud Engineer (2+ for seniors)
- Solid hands-on experience with cloud deployments to Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Extensive experience in using Infrastructure as Code tooling like Terraform.
- Experience in automating tasks, creating scripts, and developing infrastructure as code with development languages (Shell, Python, PowerShell, etc.).
- Experience in the use of CI/CD Tools like Azure DevOps Stack or GitHub.
- Ability to write excellent technical documentation and user guides of implementations for our clients.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Relevant Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, will be considered an asset
- Experience in other CI/CD tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Jenkins.
- Integration experience in building and using APIs or other integration endpoints
- Experience with setting up platforms or DevOps workflows for machine learning or LLM.
- Strong Kubernetes and Docker experience
- This role involves interaction with clients operating nationally and globally where fluency in French and English is required. Bilingualism in both French and English is therefore a requirement of this role
