The Retail Manager is responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Retail manager will need to:• Lead and encourage the Channel Sales Retail Account Team to build deep, strategic relationships with Retail Partners, ensuring Apple is top-of-mind in their business plans, and they’re motivated around strategy, direction and goals with Apple. • Expand and develop Partners’ capabilities to deliver an amazing customer experience, outstanding merchandising presence and strong advocacy for Apple - in physical and digital environments. • Drive innovations that accelerate partners growth and capabilities transformation - Demonstrate deep understanding of the markets and trends and develop strategic plans to expand and grow Apple’s footprints and business in the Retail Channel. • Be accountable for overall growth and performance and lead the Retail sales team to hold regular performance and planning reviews. Ensure dedication to, and solid execution of, strategic plans and corresponding sales actions. • Be able to achieve advocacy for Channel Sales and Partner priorities through effective cross-functional stakeholder relationship management and influence.• Maintain general supply chain operations with the Accounts to ensure product range availability at the points of sales on time and in full assortment. • Partner with Apple Field Staff teams to bring extraordinary Apple experience to life in partner stores and online platforms.• Foster strong relationships with counterparts in the region.• Partner with the Regional HUBs and central teams.• Coordinate the marketing activities with the partner ensuring compliance and appropriate use of Apple support functions to resolve day by day trading issues in the account. • Perform assigned administrative tasks including sales reporting, inventory reporting, campaign evaluation, etc.
