• Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients' finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.

• Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations’ performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.

Technical Excellence:

GPO (Global Process Owner) as a role owns end to end process (in this case R2R), across functional silos, BU and geographies -

1. GPO will not own the daily operations
2. He willdevelop,maintain quality andstandardizeR2R processes globally
3. Identify risk and issues, and conduct issue triage – Identify & prioritize issues, identify the cause and work on resolution
4. Identify and evaluate opportunities (process, technology, ways of working) for process improvements
5. Access and bring in controls in the process

Other details:

1. Type – Contract role
2. 12-15 years senior management experience in finance in SSC
3. Finance/Accounting graduate or CA/MBA
4. This is for GPO level for RTR experience. Particularly Account reconciliation
5. Strong Financial process understanding and experience in RTR process management both at an operational and leadership level
