What You Need to Bring:
- Proven Success: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales revenue goals and productivity metrics.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in the Payments space is a significant advantage, or a proven track record in B2B sales within an enterprise tech environment is essential.
- Analytical Acumen: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to build strategies based on data, driving P&L, and devising creative solutions.
- Leadership and Vision: A hands-on mentality with exceptional people management skills, capable of inspiring your team with drive, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Relationship Builder: Strong ability to build relationships across key stakeholders, crucial for achieving goals.
- Fluent English: Proficiency in English is required.
- Experience: 10+ years of sales experience and 8+ years of leadership experience.
- Education: A college degree or equivalent work experience.
