This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or communications.
- Experience in social media or customer support.
- Experience with social analytics tools (i.e. Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Netbase, Meltwater).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience writing boolean logic and synthesizing social data into executive reports.
- Experience in real-time social monitoring/alerting workflows and brand crisis reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
