Internal Request Forms (IRF) management for selected Healthcare Professionals’ interactions, events, and activities. Keeping close relation and communication with key stakeholders of the IRF process in Portugal.
PR (Purchase Requisition) and Purchase Order (PO) management. Responsible for ordering products or services for a third party.
Manage Portuguese invoices and follow up on payments.
Undertake other administrative activities as assigned by the Business Support Team Lead, including organizing logistics for events and supporting documentation, such as Infarmed reporting.
What are we looking for?
A graduate in Law, Tourism, Compliance, Business Administration, or related administrative studies.
1-3 years of previous experience in service support-oriented roles.
Proficiency in Portuguese and fluent in English.
Highly organized, with experience in meeting and event planning being valued.
Strong attention to detail.
Problem-solving and customer-service orientation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
