Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with Sourcing leadership team and in alignment with global objective, procurement transformation and digital road map, lead or support key sourcing & procurement program, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with all internal stakeholders and gain their trust and respect. Lead or support in developing project scope and objectives, involving all such relevant stakeholders, and ensuring transparency.
  • Collaborate with the respective project Sponsor and stakeholders in developing and managing progression of initiatives to all the different phases toward project closure.
  • Liaise with cross functional global stakeholders for optimal initiative resource management and deliverable.
  • Measure project progress using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Applies consistent project management approaches and processes, reports roadblocks and variances to project plan, ensure projects are on schedule and achieve stated objectives.
  • Present new programs and concert the evaluation of respective solutions in close partnership with the respective stakeholder needing it to the Strategic Sourcing team and stakeholders.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of related procedures and instructions as part of procurement transformation program.
  • Support, lead Facilitation of the cross-functional Governance Forums, Change Management & Process continuous Improvement.
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instructions, and all safety rules.

  • Other Duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance
  • 5 years related business experience required.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Experience or other major ERP
  • Process improvement background (PPI, Lean, Six Sigma, etc) preferred.
  • Medical device manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Certification from the Institute of Supply Management (C.P.M.), Project Management or similar experience

  • Adaptability towards assignments and priorities within a changing and agile environment.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to work with senior leadership teams at manufacturing sites and global headquarters and build effective working relationships both internally and externally.

  • Present and advocate change projects to a variety of audiences with self-confidence

Travel Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
