Microsoft is on a mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Our culture embraces a growth mindset, inspires excellence, and encourages teams and leaders to bring their best each day. As a result, we create life-changing innovations that impact billions of lives around the world. You can help us achieve our mission.
The Intelligent Conversation and Communications Cloud (IC3) powers billions of real-time customer conversations in products across the Microsoft ecosystem (including Skype, Teams, and Dynamics) and third-party apps and experiences through Azure Communication Services. Our services are the foundation for reliable and high-quality audio/video calling, meeting, and messaging scenarios on desktop, mobile, web, and embedded endpoints. IC3’s mission is to make conversations more intelligent, creating best-in-class productivity tools for the modern workplace with the promise that every call, meeting, or chat makes the next one better.
Our team is looking for passionate, self-motivated Senior Cloud Network Engineer with experience in microservices who want to build tooling, processes, automation, and engineering infrastructure to empower IC3 developers across the globe to build secure and compliant services trusted by both consumers and highly-regulated enterprises.
Our mission is “zero-click compliance” – identifying and remediating compliance and security issues automatically and continuously on service owners' behalf and providing clear data to service owners, security teams, and leadership on the state of our Azure services to reduce business risk.
We’re a small team of engineers accountable for taking solutions end-to-end from problem statement to prototype to internal product and perhaps external product. We’re not quite a security team, not quite a compliance team, not quite a Site Reliability team, and yet do all the above. Our engineers have vast amounts of autonomy, ownership of large-scale and high-impact projects, and make decisions on behalf of the entire organization.
