What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Maintain and actively manage a large fleet of prototype vehicles across multiple global sites
- Identify and resolve any issues, prioritizing time and cost efficiency
- Manage vehicle parts and tire inventory
- Coordinate and manage both large-scale international test trips and last-minute requests for events ranging from a few people to 50+ attendees. This includes handling logistics, housing, contracts, and ensuring the right parts—vehicles, tires, equipment—are delivered to the correct location on time
- Manage and lead a team of vehicle technicians at multiple locations, including planning travel, triaging incoming requests, and assigning work
- Responsible for all shipments, including customs, tracking, and cost optimization while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure on time delivery
- Proactively communicate and coordinate with various teams to update stakeholders on status, updates, and potential delays
- Strong passion for planning events and projects
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Ability to thrive under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Solid understanding of vehicles, vehicle components, and relevant equipment, or a strong interest and willingness to learn
- Detail-oriented, with a proven ability to track and manage various tasks while keeping all stakeholders informed of status
- Strong ability to hold teams accountable and drive progress
- Experience in Project Management with a background in engineering, preferred
