Maintain and actively manage a large fleet of prototype vehicles across multiple global sites
Identify and resolve any issues, prioritizing time and cost efficiency
Manage vehicle parts and tire inventory
Coordinate and manage both large-scale international test trips and last-minute requests for events ranging from a few people to 50+ attendees. This includes handling logistics, housing, contracts, and ensuring the right parts—vehicles, tires, equipment—are delivered to the correct location on time
Manage and lead a team of vehicle technicians at multiple locations, including planning travel, triaging incoming requests, and assigning work
Responsible for all shipments, including customs, tracking, and cost optimization while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure on time delivery
Proactively communicate and coordinate with various teams to update stakeholders on status, updates, and potential delays
