Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with exchanges, fiat partners, on/off ramps, and other key network providers.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the Business Lead, Product and R&D.
  • Business Development
    • Drive the adoption of Off-Exchange Settlement among clients and venues in APAC.
    • Expand our Network footprint by identifying and onboarding new strategic partner Banks, Exchanges, Custodians, and On/Off Ramp providers.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging Network opportunities and trends.
  • Market Representation
    • Represent Fireblocks Network at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the APAC region.
    • Champion the Fireblocks Network and its value proposition to potential partners and clients.
    • Provide valuable market insights and feedback to the global team.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with internal teams (product, engineering, marketing, and sales) to ensure alignment and support for regional initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the cryptocurrency, stablecoin, or payments industry in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of the APAC crypto and digital asset landscape, including key industry players, exchanges, and payment providers for on/off ramps.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout the APAC region.
  • Ideally located in Singapore, other major financial centres in APAC will be considered.
  • Fluent in English. Additional regional languages are a bonus.
