• Design and deliver innovative solutions that increase the efficiency of Product Support
• Participate and deliver solutions that drive supportability improvements within Product Support
• Build and maintain the necessary infrastructure that supports all automations and innovations created.
• Participate and resolve any appropriate vulnerabilities identified as part of our security compliance procedures.
• Create and maintain documentation on all solutions created and managed by our team.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of these solutions for Product Support – Concur.
• Participation in the design to use new technologies, tools, and processes to improve the quality and the effectiveness of Support
• Promote and actively support SAPs Support transformation strategy including the move from reactive to preventive, bi-directional support, and the content driven support experience.
• Contribute and participate in change management activities to deliver these solutions.
• Collaborate with teams on data and trends to manage Support backlog and propose innovative automations to improve support efficiency.
• Participation in the design to use new technologies, tools, and processes to improve the quality and the effectiveness of Support.
• Deliver data, metrics, insights, processes, and tools to achieve outstanding business outcomes across all support activities.
• Continually improve support operations and processes through simplification and automation.
• Activities to harmonize and optimize support employee’s enablement and on-boarding
• Collaborate on operational and transformational projects.
• Ensure in-house development automations compliance in terms of SAP guidelines.
• Execute internal proactive activities that drive case deflection and issue prevention, while improving case efficiency and resolution speed.
• Is responsible for and actively engages on the necessary recurrent routines and practices that shall take place to plan, review, evaluate and prioritize the ongoing demands and incoming requests.

Role Requirement:• 6 months or more experience with object-oriented programing languages including but not limited to Python
• 6 months or more experience with managing and maintaining appropriate infrastructure to support custom
• Experience with creative problem solving for new and undocumented issues
• Experience in technical documentation
• Technical skills (testing, debugging, tracing, verifying complex customizing)
• Fluent verbal and written English
• Bachelor degree in technology, Business, or equivalent work experience in related field preferred.
