Functional Responsibilities

• Accountable for adoption of Intelligent Automation (RPA to AI) technologies to drive business success.

o Drive periodic governance meetings and provide regular status to Stakeholders.

o Increase adoption of self-service/citizen development with governance

• Managing BI & Analytics services

o Understanding Analytics requirements and collaborating with Dev teams in suggesting solutions and performing POVs as needed.

o Standardize and improvise enterprise support model for ongoing requests with triaging and prioritization.

o Planning for enterprise upgrades, support, and maintenance of BI tools.

o Establishing and managing Governance around security, dashboards, reports, and server resources usage with defined KPIs and metrics.

o Drive periodic governance meetings with various stakeholders for optimizing the usage of server resources in increasing the reliability and stability of services.

• Building and maintaining relationships with Automation and BI tool vendors for consistent support, contract renewals & negotiations, future roadmaps, new feature demos, POV’s, QBRs and technical conferences.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.

8+ years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.

• 2+ years of experience leading projects/programs.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field

• 10 – 15 years’ experience in related Industry.

• 3 to 5 years of experience working in Automation teams leveraging technologies like RPA, Process mining etc

• 1 or more years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions

• Understanding of BI/Analytics tools

• Experience with innovation accelerators and cloud environments.

• Experience in program leadership, governance, and change enablement.

Key Competencies Required:

• Automation Tools – Strong understanding of various Automation tools including Process mining (Celonis/Automation AA/Conv AI/LLM’s etc)

• Analytical Skills – Strong understanding of various BI tools (OBIEE/OAC, Qlikview, PowerBI, ThoughtSpot and Spotfire) with their features, usage, and performance.

• Dealing with Conflict - Address problems, find common ground and persevere on tough assignments quickly and directly. This includes having the willingness to be centrally involved in debates and facilitating conflict discussion and resolution.

• Decision Making – Ready to make quick and accurate decisions. This includes weighing alternatives and considering the impact of the decisions.

• Focusing on the stakeholder - The ability to effectively identify and address key stakeholder needs.

• Taking Initiative – Able to drive enterprise and process improvement initiatives with close collaboration, perseverance, and patience.

• Proactive - Understanding current Automation & BI tools footprint and proactively driving initiatives in increasing the value of existing investment and supporting future growth.
