This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday (daylight hours). Weekend hours may be required based on business needs. On-call availability.
Job Description- Manages major physical properties in an assigned region and drives the performance of properties to achieve the lowest efficient operating expense level.
- Ensures properties are operating in a code compliant, safe, functional and cost effective manner. Manages vendors and contractors. Prepares and works with the regional property manager to approve annual operating budget and capital/expense project plan for the region.
- Identifies and executes on opportunities for regional, cross-regional and/or enterprise-wide initiatives or projects.
- Designs and implements building specific plans including space planning, cost saving initiatives, and long-term asset preservation. Assists Regional Property manager in the implementation of regional initiatives.
- Oversees property and/or regional related projects, up to $200k in value, including reconfigurations and consolidations. Approves property related projects, up to $50k in value. Ensures projects are on budget, on time and completed with minimal disruption to end users.
