Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors and analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with cross functional partners, including product management, sales, and customer service, to develop and execute marketing plans and programs based on research insights and target audience segmentation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and market opportunities.
- Provide expert consultation at all levels of marketing to identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities and assess departmental improvements for enhanced marketing information and effectiveness. Utilize statistical tools to interpret data, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Perform additional tasks as needed, such as continuous monitoring of market trends, secondary data analysis, customer segmentation, journey mapping, and any other duties to support the marketing function.
: No: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

- Ability to generate marketing ideas and insights from multiple data sources
- Lead the on-time delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across internal teams and agencies
- Experience in channel tactics across paid, owned, earned marketing
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address marketing challenges and find effective solutions. Adaptability to handle unexpected changes and obstacles.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in marketing materials and campaigns.
- Cross-team relationship building (analytics, retail, online, call center)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present ideas, strategies, and campaign results.
- A positive & proactive approach with a bias toward action
- Experience with campaign management and partnership with marketing agencies
- Experience managing initiatives for consumer facing channels
