What you'll do:

• Coordinate and process bookings for SAP trainings, including managing training schedules and participant registrations.
• Provide registration assistance to both internal and external customers for training programs.
• Create, maintain and cancel courses as required.
• Handle responsibility for course invoicing and follow-up.
• Provide first level of customer support via hotline and ticketing system.
• Commit to continuous process improvement within the department.
• Take ownership for reporting activities related to training and finance operations.
• Manage various general administrative tasks efficiently.

What you bring:

• A proficiency in Portuguese and English is required.
• Demonstrable experience and capability in delivering excellent customer service.
• Solid problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer and operational issues.
• Ability to multitask and maintain a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a finance related field or role would be advantageous.
