Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and develop retail reporting for retail back-office partners, fleet and store leaders.
- Create, automate and maintain dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting for retail.
- Monitor analytics and metrics results to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices for data governance and management.
- Recommend and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Work cross-functionally with teams to identify business needs and gather requirements to deliver data to drive business decisions.
- Work closely with global data and analytics team to ensure retail data sources are maintained and updated appropriately.
- Effectively communicate changes and updates to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Train and support teams on new reporting tools and data solutions, ensuring stakeholders are confident and proficient in using them.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions when implementing new data solutions or decommissioning old ones.
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and share out results to stakeholders in a timely manner to drive quick data driven business decisions.
- Incorporate predictive models and machine learning to forecast business outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Familiarity with data warehouse processes and leading the execution of analytical projects.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in-person and virtually
- Strong business intelligence skills along with logical reasoning.
- Experience in managing projects, including the ability to lead projects or work on several projects simultaneously
- Experience in effectively managing change, including training and communication to stakeholders.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suiteand data visualization tools (i.e. Power BI).
- Ability to remain agile and adapt to the needs of the business.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in the field of Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, related field or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, financial planning, business intelligence, market or customer research
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Lakehouse or a Data Engineering environment
- Fluent in English
