About the Role

Flanders region. This role is instrumental in building and inspiring a high-performing team to advance patient care and expand our market footprint
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies for the Peripheral Interventions franchise in Belgium.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and market share growth across Belgium territory.
- Manage P&L responsibilities including expense control, sales forecasting and market evolution assessment.
- Manage a team of sales representatives and collaborate closely with clinical specialists, and marketing professionals in the region.
- Implement efficient sales and marketing models tailored to the Belgian healthcare environment.
- Conduct market opportunity assessments and customer segmentation to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate closely with the EMEA and regional cluster teams to align on execution plans and tactical priorities.
- Foster strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospitals, and healthcare providers with direct responsibility for some key accounts in the country.
- Maintain compliance with local regulatory and reimbursement guidelines.
- Lead talent development, coaching and performance management of your team.
Profile We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; an MBA is a plus.
- Proven sales and marketing track record, preferably in the medical device or life sciences industry.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Fluency in Dutch (Flemish), French, and English is mandatory.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive engagement and deliver results in a complex, competitive market.
- Experience liaising with government agencies and healthcare stakeholders is highly valued.
- High level of business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Willingness to travel within Belgium and occasionally abroad.
