Act as a technology consultant to customers and the Cisco account team.
Leverage the expertise of various Cisco teams (technology, services, support).
Collaborate on account planning with the Account Manager.
Educate customers on Cisco's differentiating benefits and generate demand.
Influence brand preference in favor of Cisco.
Align Cisco product/service capabilities with customer business objectives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
10+ years of pre-sales engineering experience, primarily Cisco product experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings in technology area of emphasis required.
Minimum CCNP, CCDP or similar vendor certification required.
Strong Knowledge of Cisco's Solutions, networking fundamentals, data and voice networks (routed and switched) is required.
Bilingual fluency in Canadian French and English.
