As an Operational Excellence Trainer, you will conduct technical/behavioral training for employees considering Invisalign or iTero products. You will develop and improve the content, with autonomy to determine the applicability of the training material. You will work in partnership with the QA team to carry out quality monitoring and evaluations aimed at developing operational teams.
In this role, you will…
- Identify training needs, considering diversity of resources and evaluation of market best practices;
- Prepare, schedule and deliver training plans for new hires;
- Be responsible for delivering training solutions to agreed KPIs and best experience for our clients, ensuring the necessary development to meet targets;
- Produce any course materials and other documents such as notes, handouts, manuals and exercises that are required to ensure the delivery of high quality training courses;
- Keeping records of progress, attendance and so on;
- Prepare the learning environment and resources, including the installation of equipment, ensuring that the necessary facilities and associated training resources are properly maintained, meeting best practice standards and compliance with Health and Safety requirements;
- In order to identify points for improvement, review all feedback and training effectiveness;
- Review and analyze QA KPI results obtained through evaluations and dashboards;
- Provide effective feedback for corrective and preventive actions;
In this role, you’ll need …
- At least one year's experience in a training role.
- Affinity with technology, agile thinking and ability to always be learning.
- Knowledge of the MS Office package, especially visual resource applications (PPTX)
- Knowledge of CRM tools desirable
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
