Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience as a civil engineer or environmental engineer, working on the tech aspects of hydrology.
Experience in policy and advocacy within the water or energy sector.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in recycled water and heat reuse market development, including policy, regulation, and market design.
Experience creating and managing partnerships in the water space with NGOs, think tanks, and other industry leaders.
Experience in hyperscale data center infrastructure strategy, design, and operations.
Experience working with the various institutions of government, including experience with regulatory dockets and intervention.
Experience interpreting and applying environmental regulations and environmental permit requirements to industrial facilities.
Understanding of global water market structures, regulatory constructs, and policies.
